The gym

From tthe owner: The fitness center in the middle of Haugesund city center will be the city’s most inclusive fitness center – for whole families, for companies, for those who write down every lift and for those who haven’t exercised much since the last time they were in a gym. The quality of the training equipment and facilities, as well as the follow-up from our trainers, is high. At the same time, the threshold for getting started training with us should be perceived as extremely low.

Lights, media, screens, heating, sound systems and ventilation are automatically and on demand controlled by Arkitecht. When you first enter the building, the fitness center will automatically come to life and based on the time of day, the mood will be set by lights, screens and music. The employees themselves have access to all settings for lighting, heating and media, so it’s easy to change settings on the go if necessary. When the last person leaves for the day, the center automatically goes to sleep.
