Arkitecht is built from the ground up with a unique access control that enables detailed management down to the smallest parameter.

You can therefore rest assured that everyone who is granted access cannot do more than they are supposed to and, not least, give access to roles that previously had to contact others to make adjustments they should be able to make themselves.

Unlock main entrance, private office and garage.

Adjust volume and turn TV on and off in meeting rooms.

Access

A tenant can manage their employees and give them the same access as themselves.

Consumption

Monitor your own electricity consumption. This could, for example, be heating of office premises or charging stations for electric cars.

Light settings

The tenant can adjust the desired brightness in their office for the different times of the day. The building itself will automatically adjust the set levels during the day. However, they cannot change the brightness for when the building is in standby mode or when no one is present in the office, in order to retain the interior designer’s design.

Settings for heat

Tenants can adjust the desired temperature in their office themselves. They can also pre-heat the office from their mobile phone if they are working in the evening or turn off the heating to save electricity if they are going to be away for a few days.

Mode

Set up how components such as the building’s lighting, heating and sound should be adjusted throughout the day – completely automatically. Customize the environment as needed and allow users to adjust their own preferences. All you need to do is enter the settings and Arkitecht will take care of the rest.

Make room booking easy and smart!

Users can reserve rooms or areas to which they have access, and Arkitecht makes sure everything is ready to go – from adjusting the temperature to giving the user access to locks and controlling the AV equipment from their mobile. This also results in smarter energy use, as areas are only heated when needed, saving electricity, the environment and costs.

Easy login

Arkitecht cloud supports login with existing login solutions such as a Microsoft account. This makes it easy to get started without having to create a new account. In addition, you can use Single Sign-On (SSO) if your organization supports it, giving you seamless access across multiple services without having to log in multiple times.

Statistics

The statistics module provides easy access to reports and statistics, allowing you to monitor, for example, power consumption and other key data.
