nanoControl


Users get comfort, operators get total control. nanoControl determines what each user can see and how much they can adjust.

Roles

The roles are adapted to each project, here is an example of what it might look like in a commercial building.

Operations manager

Lights

The operations manager has access to all lights and can adjust the different levels they should have during the day.

  • Light in every room
  • Adjusting light level when the room is occupied

  • Adjust light level for all modes (morning, day, evening, etc.)

temperature

The operator can adjust the temperature in all zones and also set the eco-temperature level.

The operator can see power consumption from all meters.

Climate

The operations manager has full access to the air conditioning system.

The operations manager has access to all media components.

Tenant

Lights

The tenant can adjust the brightness in the office and other zones they rent.

Access control

Tenants have access to their zones in the building.

Media

The tenant has access to media components in rooms they have reserved.

The tenant has access to add their own employees who will have access to the premises.

Consumption

As a tenant, you can monitor your own consumption.

  • See your own consumption and have an overview of future billing basis

temperature

Tenants can adjust the comfort setpoint in their offices. They can also adjust the temperature in meeting rooms during the time they are booked.

Cleaning personnel

Access control

Cleaning personnel have access to all zones where cleaning is to be carried out.

Cleaning staff can select cleaning mode to set maximum lighting in the zones.

Accounting

Consumption

Accounting can read consumption on meter groups for invoicing tenants and as a basis for climate reports.

Electric chargers

Accounting can extract consumption for chargers with pre-calculated price

Building owner

Groups

The building owner can add new tenants who will have access to their areas and settings.

Consumption

The building owner can monitor the building’s consumption to detect deviations.

Electric chargers

The building owner manages access to chargers and sets the desired charging price, optionally based on the Nord Pool spot market.

Modes

Throughout the day, the building’s technological architecture adapts automatically and users can change their preferences for light, temperature and AV equipment for each mode. This reduces workload for the operations manager and integrator, while enhancing user comfort.

You save both money and the environment by avoiding heating rooms that are not in use, rooms that are empty automatically go into eco mode and are heated and ready for use as soon as they are reserved or occupied.
